Return Policy
At PDT Enterprises, Inc. we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not 100% thrilled with The ShackleTM, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded. All non-defective returns are subject to a minimum $10.00 restocking/handling charge.
If an item is found defective within 30 days from time of shipment you may return it with your original sales receipt to PDT Enterprises, Inc. for an exchange or refund. Once PDT Enterprises, Inc receives the defective item, we will promptly ship a replacement at no charge to you. If you do not wish to exchange the item and would like a refund, we will inspect the item and credit your credit card account accordingly. PDT Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to determine if an item is defective. Any item deemed non-defective will be charged for shipping both ways and incur the $10.00 restocking/handling charge.
All returns require authorization from PDT Enterprises, Inc. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) written on the outside of the package. Merchandise must be in the original packaging and be in a resalable "as new" condition. Please call 605.351.6060 to return merchandise and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
