Vacation Club

We recently returned from a sun and fun vacation in beautiful Cancun, Mexico. We stayed at a few different properties on our 10 day excursion. The one we enjoyed the most was the luxurious resort at the Omni Hotel and Villas. We liked it so much, we decided to purchase a membership in their Vacation Club. We purchased the 2 BDR, 3 bath, full kitchen unit that sleeps 6 privately and up to 8 maximum. The two level, beautiful condo has a master bedroom suite upstairs with a king size bed and a two person whirlpool tub overlooking the pool and ocean. The lower level has a full kitchen, half bath, and living room on one side and a second lock off bedroom with two double beds and a private full bathroom (essentially a standard hotel room) on the other side. The lower levels have separate entrances, both with balconies and cool marble floors.

The Omni Cancun Hotel & Villas is a six-star, 'Gran Tourism' resort, offering traditional European plan vacations or an all-inclusive experience. It has a family friendly environment, yet plenty of space to find quiet and relaxing adult time. It is located in the mid, to southern end of the "hotel zone", just 20 minutes from downtown Cancun City and 15 minutes from Cancun International Airport. The resort has exceptional furnishings and superior amenities. True attention to detail is noted in the local artwork displayed as well as the murals and stone reliefs of the Mayan culture. Tropical gardens surround three cascading swimming pools with a swim up pool bar, sunken chaise lounges and a newly added ocean view Mega Jacuzzi with seating for 40 guests. A tropical restaurant and Jacuzzi bar invite guests to a palm-lined oceanfront area unmatched in Cancun. The beach is gorgeous, the pool fabulous, and the restaurants from the poolside cafe to the four-star excellence of Da Vinci's Italian restaurant offer a variety of selections. The Omni Spa is a 3,300 square foot full-service spa, fitness center and beauty salon. Specialized facial and body treatments, massage therapy, Cybex fitness equipment and steam baths pamper, relax and rejuvenate guests.



This was probably more than we actually need or should have afforded, but we based our decision on the fact that we know many other families, couples, and friends like you that love to travel as much as we do. With that said, our belief is that we can share some of our investment with others by selling our weeks in Cancun or trading for other properties around the globe. The weekly costs for these units vary, but from our research it appears that we can share these properties with you for about half of the price that you could otherwise find. This is a great opportunity for both parties. We recoup some of our investment and you get a great deal. A win-win for all.

So here is how it works: We have 30 floating weeks that can be used for any weeks except Holy week, Easter week, Christmas & New Year's week, and the 2nd and 3rd weeks in February. All stays are Sat to Sat Only. With 90 days advance notice the weeks are guaranteed. These weeks can also be exchanged for other properties through Interval International or sites such as redweek.com We also have 60 weeks with HSI (Holiday Systems International) that offer Breakaway and Burn Weeks. Breakaway Weeks are EXCLUSIVE wholesale lodging weeks NOT available to the general public. Burn Weeks are properties with close to check-in weeks available (less than 60 days). If you are flexible in your travel plans these can be an incredible deal. When you book through us you get our Full Member Benefits, which usually includes ground transportation from the airport, VIP check-in and Concierge Service, discounts on food, shopping, spa treatments, etc.

Lastly, at our home resort only, the Omni Cancun, we have access to deluxe hotel rooms with lagoon sunset views as a referral package (you would need to take part in the sales presentation) available to qualified couples or families. These are available all year around but are subject to availability and based on 2 adults and/or 2 children less than 12. These ALL-Inclusive packages are for a minimum 3 night stay and a maximum 7 night stay. Or during the months of May, June, September, October, the 1st three weeks of November, and the 1st two weeks of December with availability and a minimum 2 days to a maximum of 60 days prior to arrival we have access to ALL-Inclusive hotel rooms without the need to "visit" with the vacation club sales team. The rates for both of these options are very reasonable and vary based on number of guests and age of accompanying children, if any.
